THE COMPANY

KR Custom Services is based in the Sunshine Coast – Moreton Bay Area of South East Queensland and has been servicing this area since 2012.

KR Custom Services was started to create custom heat packs with removable covers to aid in the relief of pain and muscle tension for those who purchased the product.  Due to the small size of the available heat packs we consulted with a Massage therapist who helped us design the heat packs so that they are correctly designed for the human body, for both young and older people.

Since then the products have been purchased all over Australia and have helped many to gain both pain and tension relief.  Each heat pack can be customized if required.  One client purchased the XL Lumbar heat pack and due to her situation asked if the pockets of wheat could be divided again 3x, which made it have 9 pockets.  This heat pack has given the client a great amount of pain relief and has aided in their recovery from surgery as well.

The client also asked if we could create a heat pack for their 19-year-old 3 legged black cat, which we did making sure the cover was of a heavy duty durable fabric.  The cats heat pack could be heated to give pain relief to the arthritic cat during winter, or chilled in a zip-lock bag in the freezer during summer.  The cat has since passed on, but the heat packs gave a quality of life that would not have been attainable without drugs otherwise.

With requests from clients for essential oils to be added to the heat packs we have brought in essential oils for use either with heat packs or as a health supplement.  To enhance your relaxation experience we can also provide you with customized soy wax candles, your chosen fragrance and style, whether it be in melt or candle form.

Utilizing the skills of both of the team members we are able to provide you with a range of services – from administration support, relaxation aides, remedial massage therapy, computer support, or 3D printing.
