These are perfect to use on hands, feet, elbows, knees, ankles & shoulder joints as they are smaller in size
- They are 15cm x 30cm and only weigh 600g.
- They are perfect to put in your bag to take to work to have when the small of your back starts aching as well.
- The wheat is distributed in sections throughout the heat pack to give you even distribution of heat and weight when in use.
- Heat in a microwave (1000 watts) for a maximum of 2 minutes.
- When not in use keep in a ziplock bag to keep them clean and bug free.
Every KR Custom Services heat pack is custom made for you and comes with a removable cotton cover to help you keep it clean and hygienic.
