Lumbar Heat Packs:

These are perfect to use for adults or teenage children to soothe aching muscles or to warm the bed in winter or when they are sick and need some extra warmth and comfort, or have back or shoulder pain and can be great to put across your abdomen if you get menstrual pain. They can also be put in your bag to take to work to have when the small of your back starts aching as well.

Small: 15cm x 30cm and weigh 600g – They are perfect to put in your bag to take to work to have when the small of your back starts aching as well. The wheat is distributed in sections throughout the heat pack to give you even distribution of heat and weight when in use.

Medium: 15cm x 55cm and weigh 1kg – Perfect for kids, shoulder pain, or for abdominal pain. The wheat is distributed in sections throughout the heat pack to give you even distribution of heat and weight when in use.

Large: 22cm x 55cm and weigh 1.5kg – Perfect for teenagers & smaller framed adults, shoulder pain, or for abdominal pain. The wheat is distributed in 4 sections to give you even distribution of heat and weight when in use.

XLarge: 30cm x 60.5cm and weigh 2kg – Perfect for medium – larger framed people, back pain, relaxation, warming the bed & abdominal pain. The wheat is distributed in 6 sections throughout the heat pack to give you even distribution of heat and weight when in use.

• If you would like more sections for more specific weight distribution please let us know.
• Heat in a microwave (1000 watts) for a maximum of 4 minutes.
• When not in use keep in a ziplock bag to keep them clean and bug free.
